The Regency

Close to hotels and nightlife, The Regency is the ideal location for weddings, corporate events, conferences, luncheons and social gatherings. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown St. Cloud, MN, The Regency offers beautiful views of scenic Lake George as well as the fabulously-lit Paramount Theatre and Marquee.

Our First Floor Ballroom seats up to 350 guests on all round tables. We have a capability to create unique and custom layouts to fit any event’s needs. We also have the ability to create a smaller room for an intimate onsite ceremony (up to 250 people) or cocktail hour and then we can open up to the main ballroom after those events. This also allows you to not have any tables or chairs on your dance floor so you would not need to break any tables down! 

Our inclusive pricing includes all set up and tear down for chairs and tables, bar set up, microphone, projector and projector screen use, cake tables, gift tables, Bridal Suite and an onsite coordinator day of your event. We also have a Weekend buy out package option.
