All of our food is prepared in house by our experienced and professionally trained chefs.  We strive to go above and beyond the expected wedding food to create food that is delicious and exceeds our guest's expectation.  We are very proud of the reputation we have built.

We have two locations and 4 ballrooms for you to be able to choose from.  The Elegance and Opulence Ballrooms are located in Blaine, Minnesota.  The Grand Olympian and Vivian Ballrooms are located in Fridley, Minnesota.  All of the ballrooms are truly beautiful.  They each feature an elevated stage area, built in full service fully stocked bars, and nice big dance floors.  Seating accommodations range from 50-450 people.  Each location has a dedicated full time event manager who will work with you
