Weddings should be a JOY! Jody's artistic eye, reliability, flexibility and flare make for a stress-free experience. Her approach is editorial and unobtrusive, using natural light wherever possible to capture the unexpected, candid moments.
In order to spend as much time as possible on each client, Jody limits her wedding clients to one per month. Her laid-back style and limited use of flash helps make even Nervous Nellies comfortable in front of the lens. Her pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees.
Jody has run a boutique studio on the coast for over 20 years and has been published in many print and online books and magazines, including The New Art of Capturing Love: The Essential Guide to Lesbian and Gay Wedding Photography, 7×7 Magazine, Equally Wed, The Knot, and many more. She has participated in weddings of all shapes and sizes, from a luxury villa in Italy to a forest in Alaska.
She firmly believes you should LIKE your photographer personally, so is always eager to meet with you to make sure you feel excited about having her as your photographer for a day.
