4 Night Vacation Giveaway

You must confirm your entry at one of RainbowWeddingNetwork's nationwide events to qualify.  No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.  Winner will be announced on or around June 30, 2018, and notified by email and/or telephone. All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and there are no substitutions allowed. Should the winner be unable to redeem their prize LovinAway and Rainbow Wedding Network have the right to redraw for a new winner from the list of qualifiers. Winners are solely responsible for all state, federal, and local income tax (where applicable) as well as any applicable fees and duties.  Estimated taxes on the prize are typically between $350-$550.  The trip is valued at $1,950.  All prizes in excess of $500.00 is reported to the Internal Revenue Service as additional income. All qualifiers must present identification (driver’s license, birth certificate, or valid state ID) to claim prize. LovinAway is not required to honor other forms of identification or any driver’s license, birth certificate, or state ID that has been altered or tampered with. By participating and claiming the prize, a winner consents to use, without further authorization of his/her name, likeness and/or voice for purposes of promotion and/or advertising on LovinAway’s social media and website assets. Winner maybe required to furnish an affidavit of eligibility and release. Employees of LovinAway and Rainbow Wedding Network and their families, our clients, agencies or affiliates are not eligible to win. Ineligible family members include spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children (including stepchildren) and cousins or the above mentioned.  LovinAway reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All entries are the property of LovinAway and Rainbow Wedding Network.  Winner must give at least 30 days’ notice prior to desired date of departure. Destination: Riviera Maya, Mexico, Cancun, Mexico or Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  Hotel: Hard Rock All Inclusive Resorts – exact resort can be negotiated. Number of Nights: 4 Transfers: Round trip transportation between airport and hotel. Valid Travel Dates: Within 1 year of issuance. Departing From: Charter Market. Departure Days: Based on charter schedule. . Winners must be at least 21 years of age. Blackout dates will apply. All travel is based on availability. Winners will need to valid Passport for travel to international destinations. If Passport is not in hand by time of travel, there will be no refunds nor extensions. Winners are responsible for any charges incurred for winner name changes or trip cancellations. Trips are nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. LovinAway is responsible for issuing 1099 tax forms to winners based on trip value.
