Cajun Mikes Catering is a full Service Catering Company that is fully licensed and insured and meets all Federal, State and Local Requirements that is also required by your venue. We serve over 495 Menu Items covering a variety of Cuisines, from, Cajun, Creole, American, BBQ, French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Southern Country. Also includes our party hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, finger foods and canapes. I also offer Vegan, Lactose and and Kosha Cuisines menu options. I can offer Buffet Style, Sit Down and Plated, or just a Dropped Off. We also can fully staff the event and can offer Bar Service Staffing.
